PHILOSOPHY

 

We believe that people have an innate desire for growth but sometimes it may require examining aspects of themselves that are difficult to face up to, as well as, changing their perspective (and mindset) about situations or events in their lives. Life is a journey that proves many lessons along the way and sometimes we go through the same experience twenty times because we haven’t learned the lesson. We are doing the same things over and over again. expecting different results. When we recognize what we are doing and are willing to let go of our old ways to grow and change; we can achieve our goals.

Rates & Insurance

Rates
$120 per 60-minute session (special rates for out of pocket, seniors and students)

(if not paying with insurance, the rate is $90 per 60-minute session)

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I am a preferred provider for Aetna, MHN, Reliant and United Behavioral Health (Providence) and Medicare. 

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis with a special rate for out of pocket, seniors and students.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
